1. Complete the Student Application Form by August 1st, 2023.

2. You will be contacted regarding your student’s application and acceptance status for enrollment within 2-3 business days. A student placement assessment may be required prior to acceptance.

 

3. Once accepted, pay $500 one-time registration fee to secure your enrollment spot.

 

4. Once accepted, complete additional registration forms on our parents page which are due August 25th, 2023. 

 

Waitlist: A $500 deposit is required to be added to our waitlist. This deposit will be accepted as your student’s registration fee upon acceptance & enrollment or refunded if your child is unable to attend Crown of Life. Waitlist deposits will be returned August 28th, 2023 (first day of school) or by applicant’s request to be removed from the waitlist.
